When do I receive Rewards Certificates?
Allisons Advantage members receive one $10 Rewards Certificate for every $200 spent on qualifying pre-tax sales. Rewards Certificates are sent via U.S. Mail.

How do I redeem my Rewards Certificate?
Simply bring your certificate with you, and present it when making your next purchase. Each $10 certificate can be used on purchases of regular priced merchandise equal to $20 pre-tax or more.

I have left my rewards certificate at home; can I still redeem it today?
Rewards Certificates must be present to be redeemed. But, if you have forgotten it today it’s not wasted; you can always redeem it when you make your next purchase.

If I lose my Rewards Certificate can I still use it?
Unfortunately, lost or misplaced Rewards Certificates cannot be reissued or replaced for any reason. Please treat your Rewards Certificates in a safe place and treat them as if they were cash.
